April 11, 201214 yr Author Sorry OMG but if you use the ctrl+q and ctrl+e keys when looking back at the aircraft in the panoramic view you can get quite a good cockpit view .....it takes a while to do but I always set it up for cockpit view when flying the Zero or P51 .
April 11, 201214 yr Author Not sure whats going on here......I browsed and selected the screenshot of the cockpit, clicked open to add attachment,it runs for a few seconds and then a message is displayed "this type of file cannot be used".........help please.
April 11, 201214 yr Oh that's what you mean. I used to do it, but I gave up as it wastes a whole lot of time. btw, if you want your screenshot to show, you should link it somewhere and then go via image or do the exact same thing, but link the URL. Not sure, but it works for me when I resize the image to 800x600 and make sure it is a .jpg Ramón. Time, is the one thing no one can buy.
April 11, 201214 yr I suspect you need to 'host' the picture online first. Then link to it? That's what I was thinking. Alex Leung Aerospace Engineering Undergraduate Glider & Private Pilot via Royal Canadian Air Cadets
April 12, 201214 yr You can upload images to the Avsim server but they have to be .jpg (and they will be deleted after about a week or so). You simply attach them as you would any other attachment. You can also link to an image uploaded on some other server, it's a matter of choice which way you go. Mike Beckwith
