This program is awesome! I've just been testing it out and I am truly amazing at how many airports it will add traffic to. It's great to fill up those small airfields and have planes doing touch 'n goes.I did have a few questions if you don't mind.1. Is it possible to make it so all military airfields will be off-limits to GA traffic?2. Have you been able to get the Mike Stone Dassault Falcon 2000 to work as AI? I try to enable the "GA Aircraft" option for this model but it keeps unchecking automatically.Thanks for this wonderful program! I have lots of playing around to do now :-)

It is a magoc bullet (in my opinion). And, yes, it does generate its own separate bgl file. If you don't like what it has done, just delete the new bgl and start over.The greatest feature for me is the ability to use 3rd party planes as AI without the frame rate hit that I had expereinced before. After the texture streamlining I use the Maules, GAFs, and others and notice no FR penalty. R-

Different reg numbers for different type of planes.>-Does it generate touch and go flightplans?Yes. Depending on your settings. A Student flight will do more T&G's than a privat flight and IFR flights didn't do T&G's at all.

How should the program know that the airfield is military?Only the parking spaces would be useful, but as far as I know MS didn't assign military parking codes at all.I will look at this.>>2. If it's a airport please send me the AFCAD2 BGL file for further testing.Sorry to here that it doesen't work for you.You could try to use it with the defaul 'objects.dat' file. To do this, just delete this file in the GA-Traffic directory and start the program. After GA-Traffic generate a new stock airport only file. Don't use 'Collect airports' and try the generation again. Pleas post youre results. The program is still BETA and I will try to improve it, but I need youre help for that.

Sorry for all of you where GA-Traffic not work. But the program is still in development and I need further infos to fix the bugs you encounterd.Could you please try the following:1. Deinstall GA-Traffic2. Install it in a new folder! Don't install it in the main FS2004 folder or simmilar. Install it in its own folder. Best you use the sugested path of the program, normaly C:Program FilesGA-Traffic3. Don't use 'Collect airports'4. Go in the 'Planes' and start 'Flightplan generation' without changing anything!5. If this work, try to make your changes in the planes section and generate a new flightplan. If the default doesen't run please post at what point the program hangs or freeze. Esp. the airport or plane it shows at last!6. If it work with default airports try it with 'Collect airports', if the collect function hang, please post at what file! If the file is freeware please send it to me ([email protected])7. If it crash or hang after collection at the generation please post at what airport it hangs! To see this please let GA-Traffic run in foreground and don't start other programs while it workThanks for your help, you help to improve the program further, so please post detailed error reports or send them to me. When it froze, it did so when generating traffic for a default airport (don't remember which), so the crash was maybe caused by an addon plane rather than an airport.I now got the program to work. I'm not sure exactly what I did - I restarted the program after it froze, did some changes and then created the flightplanes and it just worked.Looks like an awesome program so far - I've got all sorts of planes flying now. Two suggestions:The ability to select multiple planes and disable them for AI use instead of having to do it for each plane (I had to deselect a lot of planes). Still much easier than manually creating flightplans for tens of thousands of airports though :-lolThe ability to create some sort of flightplan to "test" a new plane for AI - if I want to see if a new plane looks and behaves correctly as AI and what kind of framerate hit it causes...

The B1900D's are mostly airline flights and should not be included in the GA Generator traffic...

Markus,excellent work - thank you very much.Here is an observation. Users will want to pay attention to the pre-calculated airport costs at larger mix use airport. One mightwant to individually change your favorite airport(s) of that type.For instance, Boeing Field - KBFI has landing fee of 1180.19 This will preclude the smaller GA plans from getting a flight plan.KBFI is kind of unique in that you will see a 172 landing one minute and a Boeing test flight/pre-delivery flight 737 or cargo DC8, 767 landing the next. I am going to lower the KBFI landing fees to 100.00 and see how it looks.Once again. Great program Markus.- Myles
