Oh if it's not the cool breaze of the seven seas, I see your stil at it. I bet you also wrote to Mr Bill Gates about all the upgares + patches for their products too right? Oh the list is a very long one when it comes to software developer's fixes and patch releases. Every single GAME I own has had patches (and the ones that did not were not talked about in good light) but you seven seas seem to suggest that PMDG fixing things is a bad thing, something us god beta testers should have caught the FIRST TIME AROUND, sure we are paid for all this time we dedicate for users and the royalties are flowing out me pockets. So is this really about some folks who think something is a bit too expensive? I think you just like to slam PMDG, I do not hear you slamming any other developers who issues patches for their products or pricing, why is that? Could it be that you are just angry and cannot help being so rude?[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. I have been watching this thread along with the other two and finally had to make my comments. First I own the PMDG 737-600/700 and just purchased the PMDG 800/900 upgrade also, needless to say I am not part of PMDG or am I beta tester either. I can not tell you all how happy I am with this new version.(RANT ON)I completely understand those that feel that the price is too high in their own understanding. However there seems to be those people that think PMDG should alter their pricing policy based on their own feelings and interest. May I remind everyone, PMDG is a business. PMDG and only PMDG can decide on what their business model should look like. They know what their installed base looks like and what they expect their financial returns should be. They have invested enormous amounts of time and effort to produce this new version. As you read through the 3 threads, note that people keep responding to what

Hey they still get my 62 bucks...Totally agree...I feel the same; I only want the B737-800/900, my favorite NG, but should I be required to buy something I don't want.btw: It is a value for those of you playing/simming with this PMDG product for past 3-6 months, but paying $62.90 for a one time purchase...wrong!!!No flamming please,

>I am DONE with you sea water. I will now go and fly my pride>and joy and wave at you from my broken window ;-)OK. Have fun. I will wave back from "terra firma" ;-)[h4]Best Wishes, sea water, formerly known as "the cool breaze of the seven seas"

i will be happy to pay for a BBJ update!Pete

737NG rocks! As I said before it was worth every last cent! To be honest I would have paid PMDG even more! $39 for 737-600/700 and $39 800/900. It still would be worth it!She is that GOOD! You whingers get a life! Your the ones who are the loosers in the deal! We don't care what you think of price! Its clear you have no sense of Value!PMDG is better off with your kind!PeteAustraliahttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/supporter.jpg

...and here we go again. Thanks for the insightful comments Pete! No need to get personal though.I think that there are enough valid points here now. Regardless of what your opinions are, respect for one another should be maintained.Best RegardsBoone,[email protected]"Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. Well I think PMDG are laughing all the way to the (offshore) bank with this release. 737-700NG was great but no point spending silly money when the original still works so well (and a stretched 737 looks ugly IMHO)AdamAdam Moorewww.hhuk.netWin XP Pro - Dell Dimension 4500P4 2.54 GHz - 1GB RAMHiTech Radeon 128MB 9800Pro IceQ19" CRT 1600x1200 @ 100hzAudiophile 24/96FS2004 + UK2000 1/2/3/4/5/6/EGLL PROUK VFR 1/2/3/4UK VFR TERRAIN MESHUltimate VFR : RealAir SF-260Ultimate IFR : PMDG 737-700NGUltimate FUN : RealAir Decathlon/Scout

Those have always been for free.I am an owner of the 737-600/700 and a very happy one except for one sake. Performance...One FSGS member have talked about a very poorly optimized 737 though he was nice about not mention which specific model but from the thread it was clear to see which he mentioned ;)And then when looking at what the 800/900 offers a lot of it is issues to fix the poor performance of the 600/700 so it

Folks, this thread has gone along for enought time that all sides have been heard and it is starting to get personal and drift outside the bounds. Time to lock it down and give everyone a breather.Robert KirklandASSOCIATE PUBLISHERAVSIM
