A lot of good friendly people on that list, but some just a few, really need to have a good look in the mirror and see what planet there on.

Well I quite like the vast majority on the list (of who I know) but there seems to be someone missing, a girl I believe.

This childish vendetta is just plain crazy. When are they going to realize that businesswise, it is totally counter productive ?

Just in case anyone wants to know "who" and "they" are:-

 

There are a lot of really good people on that list that have treated me, and those I know, very well and totally upright over the years. If anyone can have friends over the internet, many of these guys qualify. It is hard to believe "they" have become as sour and sick as the company they keep. I don't know most of their individual circumstances, so I can't judge them. However, their continued silence in the face of such public disgrace is deafening.

 

Let's leave their names out of any further reference, out of respect for those who think they may have no choice but to go along to get along.

With the absolutely phenomenal upcoming new releases demanding reappraisal of their unrivaled position in scenery development, there was definitely a chance for them to start afresh and maybe chill out a little. Unfortunately it appears to be business as usual when it comes to heavy-handed forum admin. A shame.

Funny as that sounds it's actually true. And I saw it happen on some occasions.

 

OK I was told this but I thought it couldn't be more true and thats that ORBX is a small company but because they made a break in the FS world some people think they can walk on water.

Jean-paul, this post is not directed at you specifically but... are you serious, they are selling their sceneries left and right, their last sale was phenomenal if you take what John said about it to be the truth, I can't see why he would lie...

Again, to each his own but what we are seing here is a bunch of whiners complaining about the way they were (are) threated by a company, and keeping their wallets wide open, exited to get out of bed every morning to see if the said company released something new......am I missing something here?

 

Name me one addons developers who's not making money, hiring peoples and welling to expand to a place like Europe.....so, if you ask me, I would have to say that they are VERY productive...... and with who's money?

Yes, I do think. What I post on this forum, and if it is within the Avsim terms of use, and I don't make a personal attack on any single individual, I see no reason to be censored by another forum mod.

So not only are they expanding into the UK, but also censorship on other forums. However I do agree, that If i stopped purchasing there products tomorrow, it would make no difference to there bottom line whatsoever. But one less dollar, is one less dollar. Will leave it at that, I'm starting to sound like "Bomber Harris".
