How to remove (default) buildings?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I recently downloaded a freeware addon scenery for the City of Kuala Lumpur.

However, some of the landmark buildnings from the default scenery is still there, leaving duplicates of e.g. the Petronas Towers.

I wonder, if possible, how do I remove these "old" versions?

Kind regards,

Johan

Thanks for the link to excludebuilder Joe! I am having an issue with overlapping/duplicate buildings and a floating runway at Princess Juliana Intl (one of my favorite airports) with my FlyTampa "FlyStMaarten" addon. Hopefully this program can fix the issue.

Wow, excludebuilder is a great little program. I cleaned up some unwanted stuff at Rapid City, KRAP, in a few minutes.

You may get an error about COMDLG32. Google it, and find some helpful site that will tell you how to fix it. Again, it's just a few minutes to fix it.

I found another solution by deleting/renaming the file "KualaLum.bgl" found in fs9\Scenery\Asia.
