June 17, 201213 yr Hello Team! I read everywhere that X-Plane 10 is supposed to have a scenery for LOWI. I can't find any folder on LOWI and when I go to that airport, everything except the runways and taxiways are missing. Heeeelp! Thanks. Dennis Sincerely, Dennis D. June 17, 201213 yr No this time around Seattle was the designated detailed default airport! Aerosoft version I think was supposed to have additional airports, so LOWI might have been one of them. They did say they would make those available for all X-Plane users, so you may want to check over there. Then of course, there's the .org and the other addon sites that may have a version. Thanks Tom My Youtube Videos! http://www.youtube.com/user/tf51d
June 17, 201213 yr Author Hey Tom! OK Makes sense. I installed the Aerosoft pack but LOWI is not included. Just purchased Zurich though and it is a great addon - pricey but good. I hope Aerosoft builds other airports from US and Central/South America in the future. Cheers. Dennis Sincerely, Dennis D. Müllert System Specs: MoBo: MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk WiFi ATX AM5. June 17, 201213 yr Just an FYI. LOWI from XP9 works fine in XP10. +1 And if you don't have X-Plane 9, you can get LOWI from the demo: http://www.x-plane.com/downloads/older/ Georges - OpenStreetMap - Ubuntu GNU/Linux -
June 17, 201213 yr Author Thanks Folks! Great minds think alike. I have XP9 running on a separate hard-drive so I took the LOWI Demo Area folder and copied it over to XPX and it works well. Thanks again to all for your input. Cheers. Dennis Sincerely, Dennis D. Müllert System Specs: MoBo: MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk WiFi ATX AM5. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. Dennis No idea why you don't have it, but it's certainly in my XP10. Cheers Paul Golding
June 18, 201213 yr Paul, I don't know if it matters where you purchased XPX from, but I don't have LOWI scenery either.
June 19, 201213 yr I also have LOWI in my X-Plane 10 folder, not sure why you don't have it? Try re-running the X-Plane installer/updater.
