Question: Does Flight Benefit from HyperTheading?

if hunting aerocaches is in your blood Flight is for you

Gosh, it's a good thing FSX didn't have any silly "game" aspects or people wouldn't be able to "sim" with it.

Well, I'm glad it doesn't (OT) because I got an i5 2500 and not an i7.

It would be great if it was a 64bit app though.... Yesterday I tried FG's v2.8 RC3 64 bit on Windows 7 premium 64, and it did run smooth as silk.... Xplane10 will also move to a 64 bit platform soon so I read at xplane's forum here at Avsim. Maybe LM Prepar3d 2.0 will also be 64 bit (?)

The more I play MS FLIGHT the more I enjoy it, but also the more I tend to keep polling for news regarding xp10 and LM Prepar3d... You may ask why since I also have ELITE, but the fact is that ELITE is indeed very limited in as far as VFR scenery goes, weather rendering, ground handling, and I do not have the bucks to invest on their great ESP-based solutions...

Hope you like tinkering and fixing things with X-plane. A flying buddy of mine, downloaded their last 2 betas and he has more problems than you could imagine. The latest is that the engine starts OK, then just quits. I guess that is good for practicing emergency landings.

But you have to admit, it is more of a challenge with FSX what with all the flickering and stutters. :p0128:

Seriously... what are you even doing in this forum? The OP's question has been answered and I am locking this topic before even more crap gets posted.
