Yes it will, however Rob and the team were not sure if it'd quite make release of the 77L. When it's done we'll just run a simple update and we'll have it (:

Thanks Luke.

I'm interested to see the route they take with the EFB...the other guys made theirs as a basic PDF viewer. You can drop as many PDF charts as you want in the folder and voila they appear on your EFB. Obviously this isn't realistic but it is a pretty good idea. Having an entire nav database would certainly increase the product cost considerably.

Thanks Luke.

No problem!

I think the EFB might be a bit small for the finer things like enroute charts. But something to look forward if this is anything to go by:

To be honest, I like what they did. I like the idea of being able to put what charts I want in. But my main purpose for the EFB will be performance as I use charts on my iPhone/iPad anyway.

I'd like to make a suggestion about the EFB:

Allow it to be run on a separate computer or ANDROID tablet.

Looks like you had a typo, no worries I fixed it :LMAO:

I'll be furious if they release anything iPad only. I prefer AFFORDABLE, OPEN platforms.

I wonder what the guys at Aivlasoft will think of this development?

Cheers, Richard

If you want to run it off an external device, you might as well just have a folder and put PDFs into it.

My EFB is pretty much my laptop. AirNav, Aircharts.org, VFRmap.com.....I tried the Aivlasoft demo but it doesn't show all altitude crossing restrictions, so no-go for me.

PDF charts suffice just fine for now.
