Corrected AOTD for 8/23 Lake Waiau

Featured Replies

Apparently earlier today there was a glitch with the AOTD listing that showed Haena Beach as the cache for 8/23. It has been corrected and now shows Lake Waiau which is the seventh highest lake in the U.S.

Here again, don't forget to lean.

Thank you.

I started searching for this aerocache today, when I had accidentally read "7th biggest lake in the US". So I started searching for an extremely large lake I somehow hadn't seen before.

After some time of not seeing the lake, I got bored and just started flying towards the observatory. Going in there, I saw a small lake that I ignored. However, flying past it, I got the aerocache notice, so I went to collect it.
