I want to post this public thank-you to Ryan Maziarz with PMDG support.

 

I have been simming for a couple decades. As I suspect most of you have, I have been disappointed with the support provided by some of the addon developers. However, I recently needed some help from PMDG with their NGX. I must say the level of support provided by Ryan was timely and went far beyond what I could have reasonably expected. Ryan went the extra mile to help me and I wanted to spread the word. If you are considering purchasing a PMDG product and you have any concern regarding support, you can rest assured they will be there when you need them.

If I remember right, it was Ryan who got me started on the PMDG 747 long time ago. Yeah..he basically spoon fed me to get started on the 747. He spent a couple of hrs helping me out.

Without any question, Ryan has some of the best customer service out there. This is one of the reasons why I have every product which ever came out by PMDG.

I agree with the OP here. I've had mixed experiences with add-on developers since I started using FSX and I can say PMDG is up there with the best of them.
