September 23, 201213 yr I know this comes up a lot, but nothing works so I am curious if anyone can help... PMDG is taking too long to respond to my 3rd ticket. K so the activation box never even comes up at all. Here's what I tried: Setting FlexNet licensing service to on, manual position startup. Verifying that I have FSX Acceleration Completely reinstalling both FSX Acceleration and PMDG 737NGX I verified that all Windows services were set to normal, turned on. Now I'm out of options, I have a supposed PMDG technical advisor logging onto my computer via TeamViewer, but I want to know if people have any other methods of getting it to work, as they told me this yesterday morning, and I have received no service to this time (1:10p GMT-7(Mountain Time)) Please also note I already have 2 tickets and so that has gotten me nowhere, any advice on how to get the ACTIVATION BOX TO EVEN JUST APPEAR would be helpful, as I am out of options. -Jeremy Chesney Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 23, 201213 yr Author Hopefully I can bump this... so bump. I really need help :( -Jeremy Chesney Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 23, 201213 yr Alt-tabing around to find the box may be a solution. Perhaps it's popped-under a couple of windows. Patrick Houghton
September 23, 201213 yr Jeremy did you actually launch FSX? I believe this is where you will find activation window. Jamie Moses Jamie Moses
September 23, 201213 yr Author Yes I launched FSX and so nothing came up... I tried all that stuff... lemme check the alt+tab thing. It was not hidden via alt+tab or anything, still searching for answers Edited September 23, 201213 yr by jetsflier Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 23, 201213 yr Author I know I already tried that, it just never comes up, and I can't figure out what is causing this to happen. NEED MORE ANSWERS! -Jeremy Chesney Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 23, 201213 yr  ? Your name on your first post was Jack Carolina, but now it is Jeremy Chesney? http://forum.avsim.net/topic/385760-gauges-wont-show-up/#entry2473956 Sounds fishy. Edited September 23, 201213 yr by linux731 i7-6700K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB DDR4-2400 MHz, GTX 1070 8GB
September 24, 201213 yr Author Yes, I'm sorry about that. I didn't want to give away my real name - thus I put Jack Carolina. I just learned earlier today though that they can find your name in their systems (PMDG's) to help you more, therefore I put my actual name so that way I could actually have a better link to help I need. I just didn't think that I needed my real name up until today. Sorry :( -Jeremy Chesney Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 24, 201213 yr You're just going to have to wait for PMDG to figure out whose who and what's what. Randy Swofford
September 24, 201213 yr Author Yeah, sorry :(, but anyways, if anyone has had these same issues, please help me out, thanks. Regards, Jeremy Chesney
September 24, 201213 yr Aside from downloading a new installer nothing much I can think of. Good luck. Alex Jevdic KORD/KHOT/KPWKA<380 love at first flight
September 24, 201213 yr Reinstall from scratch? FSX>any/all service packs>NGX>any/all NGX service packs? If it still doesn't work, then TeamViewer with someone from PMDG? I could be wrong. But at this point I'd be trying a clean everything. Just my 2 cents.... Dave Wegner - Don't be afraid of common sense or the search function.
