And yes, my time/date are set correctly. As day three goes by without any support from PMDG that they told me I would get in the early weekend, I still continue to look for answers... anyone have ideas?

Is it possible you changed the size of text on your display? I changed mine from the default 100% to 125% to make the windows desktop easier to read and it really messed up some pop-up windows. Not all options would be shown in the pop-up and I could never figure out why.

No it is set regularly, I do not know what is causing it. Either way, the download link has expired... so I need a reply from PMDG... they said they would go on teamviewer and check it out... they haven't for five days I don't get what the problem is. I was told they have great on the top customer service... OKAY SURE.

Finally I got help from PMDG and they solved the problem. It was a missing Microsoft C++ Package.

Happy for you. These complex add-ons make it possible for a myriad of problems to appear. The tech team at PMDG is top notch at resolving these types of issues. I am disappointed that it took so long. Enjoy the NGX !

I activated the 737 6700 the other day. I made sure FSX not running, I installed the 6700 package, I ran up FSX and loaded the plane and started a flight the screen went blank as it was set for fullscreen. Now where is the sim i've only got a black screen? It's not appearing because the registration box is a desktop window and cannot be seen. So I Alt+Enter'd and there was the little form, you may need to minimize other windows to see it...
