Bought it, really good indeed.

It really does look excellent, and I've been waiting for a payware EFHK for a long time.

I'll probably have to wait until the weekend now before I have time to purchase and try it, but EGLL-EFHK will definitely be my next flight!

Not anything for me since it's FSX only...

The screen shots indeed look nice! What can we compare it to, performance-wise?

It's comparable to other high quality sceneries, I get around 20 to 30FPS with 737NGX and this scenery.

Textures and modeling are in extremely high quality, can even recognize small plane spotting terrace where I was taking pictures some months ago, bus stops where I have been waiting for bus for hotel so many times, everything is there.

I think this is one of the best airport addons ever made for FSX, just as good as best products from very respected developers like Flytampa.

Winter textures are also very well done, and this product actually has 3D snow drifts instead of just flat white textures.

I get 14-15FPS. but my sys not so good.. but even some other guys with sys spec like this get bad FPS as mine intel i5 3570K GTX 660 TI 8 gb ddr3 ram w7 64 bit

Can someone confirm if this is using the latest Aerosoft protection scheme that crashes my sim on exit? It's something called ASE-DATA that should have been installed in the Aerosoft folder. If yes, i'll skip it.

CASE: Fractal Terra Silver CPU: AMD R5 7800X3D 5.0Ghz RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 GPU: nVidia RTX 4070 Ti SUPER · SSDs: Samsung 990 PRO 2TB M.2 PCIe · PNY XLR8 CS3040 2TB M.2 PCIe · VIDEO: LG-32GK650F QHD 32" 144Hz FREE/G-SYNC · MISC: Thrustmaster TCA Airbus Joystick + Throttle Quadrant · MSFS2024 · Windows 11

Thanks for your replies, FScamp and tamascy. I'll probably give it a try, then.

Florian

Wow! Just bought it and it's still hot like a fresh donut.

Good for both FSX and P3D! Good job Aerosoft. I'm so glad that they are making these good for P3D also.

Yes, I have ASE_DATA -folder in my Prepar3D\Aerosoft folder. Probably came with EFHK as I haven't noticed it before.

Over hour ago I started a flight with A2A CoTS Stratocruiser from EFHK to EDDT, and wow! This is worth every penny! I couldn't notice any drop on FPS, smooth as a silk on takeoff and level of detail is just amazing. This was probably one of my most immersive flights so far. Terrific plane, airport was just like it should be and it fit nicely to my souped up Finland scenery. I've seen those same views from plane windows many times and now I was flying there.

These moments are the salt of this thing, the driving force to do this stuff. Tomorrow I'm going to look more closely the details of the airport, but it is good. Really good.

Will have to pick that up tonight especially since winter is right around the corner.
