Guys, 200fpm is nowhere near hard landing, leave it at that.

I would say that such a landing rate would be moderately hard, and would probably be slightly uncomfortable to the passengers if the preceding approach was very smooth.

My philosophy is that, given appropriate conditions, if the autopilot can land smoothly (I've heard that for Boeings, this is generally at or less than 100 ft/min), we should not hold ourselves to lower standards. Manual flight is fun for us pilots, but if we can not consistently perform better than the autopilot (or at least hold ourselves to higher standards) during any phases of flight or under the vast majority of circumstances, what benefits does manual flight have for airlines, the environment, and passengers?

sorry guys for the very late reply, I'll try uploading the files to dropbox or something similar and post the links later.

Thank you Ahmed.

I changed old settings. (source: http://www.flyaoamedia.com/737/737ngx-ez-camera-setup/ )

Now, Landing is much better (no bouncing) with your seetings.

Great.
