November 10, 201213 yr Author If you get tired of always flying in the summertime you'll switch! I got tired of flying over the default scenery in winter, spring, summer and fall a looong time ago !!!! My gallery: http://s1075.photobucket.com/albums/w430/yankeegolf/
November 11, 201213 yr Author Looks great. Which scenery? Thanks Hi, Scenery is simsavvy. you're welcome My gallery: http://s1075.photobucket.com/albums/w430/yankeegolf/
November 11, 201213 yr As an x Michigan flyer-I hated flying in the winter-nighttime too early, ungodly freezing temps along with pre heating and scraping ice/ snow off hanger driveway, ad fact if you went down survival rate in the minutes. Despite that remember preflighting, flying my commercial night xcountry on a night with -15 and winds blowing 30 KTS-also lost my alternator on that flight in the middle of a god forsaken winter hell-glad it is behind me. Frankly never want to see, do , experience that ever again. Also find snow scenery depressing,, spring/fall defaults cartoony. I'll take real in my favorite season anytime. Thankfully now live in an area of the world where summer is all year. Still prefer 1 season of absolute reality to 4 of candy land.. Geofa WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!
November 11, 201213 yr What is the area of that last screenshot and the one before that? Those are very nice. Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
November 11, 201213 yr Author What is the area of that last screenshot and the one before that? Those are very nice. The last screenshot was taken over montana from KWRL to KBZN, maybe 50 NM from KBZN. That is a very scenic flight. The other screenshot was taken over Hawk springs reservoir, Wyoming, south of Torrington. My gallery: http://s1075.photobucket.com/albums/w430/yankeegolf/
