November 18, 201213 yr Hi, I can't seem to get rid of the runway number/runway line shimmering... I am running 4XS+4XSGSS
November 19, 201213 yr Using the 560ti I had to brute force AA though NI to get "ok" results. I have not seen one photo that really resolves this, it is just a DX10 con. William Sequeira
November 22, 201213 yr Hi Ben, And LOD Bias in the display settings is set to Clamp? A lot of times shimmering is caused by excessive settings either in the display driver or fsx settings. Does this happen in only one airport? Is it the default? Maybe others can see if it happens to them. I have not seen it in DX9 or DX10. January 4, 201313 yr NCOOPER I like your NI settings with a clean Bojotes fsx.cfg file well done. Rich Sennett
January 4, 201313 yr 8X SGSS!!! :shok: Well yes, if it'll do it, why not? This is the framerate unlimited by Nvidia Inspector.
January 4, 201313 yr Dont you mean unlimited in fsx you have Nvidia Inspector limiter setting at 30 ?? Rich Sennett
January 4, 201313 yr Just for the screenshot, I set both to unlimited. I have reset Nvidia Inspector back to 30 fps now. My Fsx.cfg file is indeed a Bojote tweaked version, but I have added the extra tweaks included in the DX10 notes.pdf.
