PMDG 777 Paints

Featured Replies

Honestly I'm more of an UAE and BAW guy but since them as well as AFR, and UAL (the top 4 biggest operators of the 777)

I had in my mind, will someone do a complete Paint Job for the entire UAE and BAW 777 fleet? or even your favourite 777 operator?

I like to have a variety of different registrations which makes it a bit more realistic rather than flying the same aircraft lets say e.g G-RAES from EGLL-KJFK-EGLL-OMDB-EGLL-HECA-EGLL you get sort of tired with it. And ontop of that It does irritate me a bit when I look Vatsim and read someone's remarks and notice they're flying the same REG aircraft as me, if you know what I mean.

The point I'm making is that to make it realistic for Pilots,VA and also Vatsim/Vataware statistics. I want the PMDG 777 to be something special...something never seen before.

IIRC someone in my VA did take his time and painted the entire 777 and 747 fleet with all different regs. and liveries. I guess someone out there will pick that idea up and do the same for the PMDG 777, just look through the avsim library on the NGX, someone seems really to like Norwegian Air Shuttle since almost the entire fleet is there.

I think it's just a matter of time until you will find a huge variety of liveries for one airline ;-)

PMDG are likely to supply us with one paint per operator, it is up to the VA to do the registrations

^ or the painters of Avsim. Wouldnt take too long to change 3/4 letters, i think (but i could be wrong). I am with you though, would love (just when the 200ER comes out) to fly BA's G-YMMT, G-YMMS, G-YMME and when the 300ER, NZ's -OKP, OKO and OKQ, and BAW's STBA, STBE and STBC and STBF

But, we may only be abe to wish

I'm sure it doesnt take effort to do it, could always do it oursleves

I don't really care who paints what with whatever tail number, I just want that sexy NZ All Blacks scheme.

I will do it...

I will try paint that NZ one and then start doing the BAW (and ONLY BAW) registrations if I can get the PaintKit :)
