  1. My gut says DC-3 or something like that, but something in my doubts it, due to the fact that the DC-6 isn't ready yet. My heart says 757, but again I doubt that due to the fact that another well respected developer once said they are working on one. I doubt it'll be a 787 since again yet another well respected developer (they also did a 757 once) is working on a 787. So in the end I'll bet on that hand-grenade Robert was talking about a few months back in an Airbus thread.
  2. With Vidan Sonderborg, Bornholm and Aarhus this opens up for some fantastic Danish domestic ATR flights! Stunning! P.s now we only need good ATR
  3. Just think of the RR sound on the 744, man I am really looking forward to this and with the quality of the NGX and 777 it'll be just stunning! Can't wait to cruise a cross the pond as "SpeedBird 33 Kilo"to JFK! :-D Overtaking all those A330's and other slow airplanes that try to challenge the might 747.
  4. ... Is awesome! Currently heading to Boston in the wonderful 777. Its 00:26 local time in Denmark and I had a long day. So something happened that should never happen - I fell asleep to the wonderful sound of the engines as I suddendly was scared to hell by the Master Warning screaming at me. The Pilot Response system works! I might just save the flight and continue to Boston sometime in the weekend, would be way to dangerous to let me land in Boston now xD Cheers!
  5. The ECL is brilliant! THough I tend to forget the before landing checklist, because I am too busy to fly the aircraft.. Brilliant tool that PMDG has included there!

I remember seeing a screenshot of the cargo door and even in a video about the moving door handle on the cargo door, never seen it before (but that doesn't mean that no one else has it) but it's pretty cool!

Singapore Airlines wants their 777-200ER to be fully chocked (every wheel) in CPH. Dont understand why, but that's how it is ;-)
  9. Ah thanks a lot! That explained it :-) Have a nice flight when you come to it.
  10. I like that lovely Cimber CRJ in the background of the Thai video at 0:33 ;-) Great shots! Can't wait to get that beast and fly her to Copenhagen! :-D Los Pilotos - from where to where is the 77F going from CPH? DXB-CPH should be around 6 hours if I am not mistaken :-) Hilsen fra SGD!

  12. Haven't tried it on the T7 yet, but did it on the CRJ-200 and ATR a lot. As Boeingtripleseven already has explained is such a test required after bigger checks on the engine or after an engine change. During an engine test run, you'll check that the engine is running normal and that all systems are working good. The test run is run by an engineer certified to taxi the airplane and perform these checks there is a special maintenance checklist for these test runs. Well at least at my airline we used special ones, beside of the standard checklist.
  13. If you're getting tired of cleaning your driveway from snow, well just get one of these ;-)
  14. Hey guys, sorry for being inactive for quiet awhile. I got a temporary solution for the problem, I've downgraded my settings, removed some scenery and once again reinstalled the NGX, it works and should do the job until a new computer has arrived. Thanks for your advice gentlemen.
  15. HIGHMEMFIX=1 is there, i just trieded to fly with the default trike, it even gets blurry there now. But not as extreme as aboce shown on the pictures.
  16. I have not changed anything after I've changed the texture max load in the CFG. Just tried with the PA A380 ehich usually is extremly good on my system. All textures here became White (i guess FSX thinks it snows, lol) the water was displayed n BIG pixels and everythng started laggng. I have a bunch of UK2000 scenery, EKCH X, some freeware scenery, AES and GSX. But I turned this stuff off for testing. Nothing happened. I have no graphic enhancers and no online flying clients. It's quoet frustrating that it does not work right now. It worked so wonderful before I had to reinstall Win XP.. And my setup is almost the same as before, just that I have less add-ons installed.
  17. Didn't change anything..
  18. I will try to do that, thanks for the quick reaply! :-)
  19. Hey there, I got a serious problem with my PMDG 737NGX, after I have reinstalled my entire operating system and fsx+sp2. The 737 causes a massive lag on my scenery quality, when I fly her all my scenery gets brown, the clouds get pixelled, the water texture change to just blue and everything is lagging extremely, the cockpit textures get slightly blurry and sometime totally blurry which makes it impossible to read what is written in the cockpit. This happens for example with 0 AI traffic at a FSX standard airport (Oslo, ENGM). I tweaked my fsx.cfg several times and use an external FPS limiter (limited fsx to 30fps), I have switched of the FO's displays in the VC and limited the screens to 9FPS, but that didn't change anything. I have tried to run it with all scenery sliders to the left but it didn't change anything. I have also tried to reinstall the NGX without success. My system specs are: Windows XP 32-bit 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT 512MB I never had any problems with the NGX, it always was the smoothest thing to run on my system until I had to reinstall Windows XP (running Win Xp on a bootcamp partition on my MacBook Pro). I can run the 747x with a high amount of AI with UK2000 LHR scenery without any impact on my performance (just as an example) and having all scenery sliders to the right! Does anyone have a clue what the problem could be? It is really annoying, I really love my 737 but it is the only plane that really causes problem. P.s sorry for the bad picture quality.

IIRC someone in my VA did take his time and painted the entire 777 and 747 fleet with all different regs. and liveries. I guess someone out there will pick that idea up and do the same for the PMDG 777, just look through the avsim library on the NGX, someone seems really to like Norwegian Air Shuttle since almost the entire fleet is there. I think it's just a matter of time until you will find a huge variety of liveries for one airline ;-)
  21. I have tried it with 4X trasparency AA and the fences are still fuzzy.
  22. Hi all, I have recently noticed all the textures for the airport permitier fences and airport red and white barries have got really fuzzy unless zoomed in very close. My AA is 16x in Inspector and my Filtering is Aniscropic in FSX.
  23. Hey there! I got a problem with my Saitek X52 Pro and I would like to know if somebody else has had a similar problem and eventually has an solution. I am using Windows XP 32-bit on a bootcamp partition on my Macbook Pro, I had to remove Windows XP the other day, back in the days everything worked like charme, no bumbs, no bangs, no shattering nor anything at all, everything worked like a well maintained swiss watch. Well, I reinstalled Win XP the other day and wanted to config my X52 Pro again so I could go for a ride in FSX again, BUT I the Profileeditor from Smart Technology (which is the newest version, downloaded via the Saitek homepage) does not work, at the beginning I got the following error message: .NET Framework initialization Error Unable to find a runtime to run this application At the time I had Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed, I asked an IT expert who said I should downgrade to 3.5, because it could be that the application was not designed for the newest version yet, so I removed version 4.0 restarted the computer every time when prompted and then installed version 3.0 which automatically updated to 3.5. Well since then I get a much longer error message (see attachment) which for some reason is in two languages (german and english) they told me to contact their support team via email, but since I've tried this before and don't expect any answer from them somewhen in the next 6 months I would like to know if any of you maybe has an idea what could be wrong or has a solution. :-) Would be very happy if someone can help me ;-) Best Regards!
  24. To make it simple! PMDG is God speaking to us via Flightsim! B)
  25. Are stop teasing us! -.- It's hard enough to wait for the 777 and show patience and upon that trying to forget the 747v2 so you don't go crazy! But lovely documentary of the worlds best airline and airliner! Still fascinating to watch it again and again :-D
