November 30, 201213 yr I had no idea, KFC is the feast of choice in Japan on Christmas??? Christmas in Japan is a mostly commercial festival celebrated by young people and KFC is considered a popular choice for a meal on December 25. So JAL will be serving KFC on its flights on December 25th......Sweet  http://www.stuff.co.nz/travel/asia/8020507/Airline-serves-KFC-for-Christmas Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
November 30, 201213 yr Good grief, what a total horror. I don't expect good food on an aircraft (apart from Singapore airlines) but this is horrific. Are you allowed to chose food instead of KFC? Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
November 30, 201213 yr Author I would eat it just for the novelty appeal...but I will also admit the KFC Quality is so much better outside of North America so the JAL flight wouldn't be so bad... For the record....KFC in New Zealand is just like what Kentucky Fried Chicken was like in the USA back in the 1970's.....Amazing how these small countries hold onto the old traditions before cost cutting in North America Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
November 30, 201213 yr So JAL will be serving KFC on its flights on December 25th......Sweet  Nice, if only Qantas started serving Maccas :LMAO: "If you can't solve and equation with calculus, you're not using enough calculus" - A wise friend
November 30, 201213 yr I remember one time sailing in Martha's Vineyard Race (round trip from Connecticut -- around 300 miles) we bought KFC for our first dinner, by the time it was time to eat, it was cold and very dry. I wonder how they are going to keep it moist. 10700k / Gigabyte 3060
November 30, 201213 yr Author Nice, if only Qantas started serving Maccas :LMAO: Even Maccas in Oz and NZ is so much better then in North America....Goes to show the quality of food in smaller regions, even Fast Food....:LMAO: I remember one time sailing in Martha's Vineyard Race (round trip from Connecticut -- around 300 miles) we bought KFC for our first dinner, by the time it was time to eat, it was cold and very dry. I wonder how they are going to keep it moist. I always prefered KFC the next day, cold, and out of the fridge. Nothing better then that. I'm sure it's better here than over the tasman "If you can't solve and equation with calculus, you're not using enough calculus" - A wise friend
November 30, 201213 yr Author I'm sure it's better here than over the tasman Oh don't you go there..........I will start by saying I am not a Kiwi.......I will end by saying I've been to Oz and I think your Big Macs are made from Kangaroo Road Kill, because your meat patties are more beige then brown :LMAO: Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me

November 30, 201213 yr Author No hard feelings eh... None from me.....I am American, When you Oz make fun of the Kiwi, to the Americans it looks really bad....it is just like a year 5 kid picking on a year 3 kid.....something you should never do anyways What is funny about that is the Year 3 kid (kiwi's) always kicks your butts.... So from the American point of View....Oz looks bad in two ways....first of all you picked on someone smaller then you (and you should never do that in the first place), second of all they fought back and kicked your butts big time anyway....From the rest of the world, Aussie will always look bad on that rivalry. :LMAO: Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
