When I buy the 737 QRH, I see an option for Color Upgrade. Am I right that when I select this, I will get a colored QRH and if not I get a black & white one? Just to be sure.

When you select that option, they use higher quality color ink, instead of lower quality.

(Yes, you will receive it in color instead of B/W)

You could also stroll around ebay or a several of the manual electonic manual vendors and print in colour for less than $125

Nothing beats my beautiful 9' Retina Display

Holy crap a 9 foot retina display!! That's awesome!

Sorry...I couldn't resist.

Although I do agree the iPad is great for the QRH, there is still something about having book-in-hand that is nice. I don't have the printed QRH, I use my iPad. But if I had the dough, I would certainly buy the printed.

Nine foot Retina display? I wish! Haha.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean - I actually don't mind paper charts. But when flying in the real world just in my Piper, my iPad saves lots of room and reduces clutter. Then again, with Manuals on your iPad you're able to read them on the go, especially if you have the iPad Mini.
