December 22, 201213 yr Hi, - I recently joined this forum just to share my internists with you guys! And due to the amount of money needed for my project, I planned to purchase What ever I need in monthly basis  Hopefully someday in the next months I will be able the join the skies and fly around... - So regarding my question, I’m planning to purchase the FSX, PMDG 737 NGX and Fs2Crew with some other addons in the way! And I always wanted something solid to get hold of instead of me trying to print hundreds of pages from what I have seen people doing around here ^_^ - Recently I found this link, which say that they include a full documentation of the real life 737NG manuals plus printed Tutorial manual in the package it self. And I get a discounted price for the Christmas. So what do you think guys? Is it a good buy? or I should make my purchase with PMDG site itself and stick with the digital version? - What if I’m planning to buy those things and keep them a while, before actually running them on a PC (maybe 2-3 months) -_- ** I will be reading through the manuals and so on ** - Do you think that I have to wait until that time to make software purchases? - I know that these questions are a lot to ask, but I really wanted a good plans for me to start with, because of the amount of money that I can afford each month. Thank you

I suggest that you take advantage of the Aerosoft discount. You can also look on Amazon for occasionally cheaper alternatives (which are actually Aerosoft products sold by a different vendor). If you do not mind the wait, disk versions are perfectly fine. You can start studying the tutorials on the PMDG web site, which should give you a friendly introduction to the aircraft. There are many YouTube video tutorials if you prefer the interactive, visual approach. If you search hard enough, you will be able to find PDF versions of the real Boeing manuals online.

December 23, 201213 yr Commercial Member - From looking to their web site.. it seems like that they want their own order number to be registered with :( Might as well try. No harm in it, and there's no sense in waiting around. - I think I can go through the documents in my Ipad and pay the extra $14.99 just to save my selfthe trouble going though a third party seller instead of PMDG their self.. What are you paying $14.99 for? The manuals come with the plane, and Dropbox is free to get them onto the iPad (or you can just do it through iTunes). & I will be waiting for someone to confirm that I can log in to PMDG web site Try first to help yourself. If you always wait for confirmation, you'll often be left behind. You still had to register the aircraft when you installed it, right? If so, the order number has to be matching up with PMDG's info, so it's the same one... Kyle Rodgers

I can get the manuals over iTunes and save me self the trouble of going through a third seller! I really appreciate your help Thnak you.

December 23, 201213 yr Commercial Member Why? Downloads are a lot more immediate than waiting for something in the mail. Additionally, it eliminates the question you had earlier about creating an account (you'd still be able to get support in any case). I always like going to the source. There are a lot fewer steps to trace back if anything should go wrong (order number gets lost, etc). Kyle Rodgers

Appreciate your help & Thank you!
December 23, 201213 yr Just make sure you download and save the installer even if you don't plan on installing the NGX right away as the download link from PMDG expires and a extension fee will be required if you have to download it at a later date. Jay Vorkapic

You saved me some extension fee there.. Thanks again
December 23, 201213 yr Yes, you might want to wait until your computer is up and running. You never know, by next month the T7 might be out and ... you would have a dilemma. Dennis Trawick Screen Shot Forum Rules
