  2. Thank you Well, I can't speak about the accuracy yet. And honestly, I was hesitant at the beginning when I looked to all the pictures posted. Until I decided to upgrade to AS16 only and go from there. Looking to the almost real haze and some major improvements over ASN, I couldn't be happier! You are probably right
  3. Some AS16 initial testing, more to come http://imgur.com/a/QG8CF
  4. Honestly I think you're just zoomed out too much. Try getting closer and see how it goes!
  5. Did you try running the ezdok config tool?
  6. Can you submit a screenshot of how it looks, if it's just blurry we can fix that by using NI.
  7. Well, most video are processed afterwards to look more appealing! But in terms of visuals in FSX you should use REX.. ORGX GLOBAL+REX+ASN with the right settings will get you there in my opinion.
  8. I was in the same boat like you lately, And I don't know if that is your problem or not, but hopefully it's! I actually was using the keyboard (+), (-) to control the zoom then save it.. While it turns out that you have to adjust the zoom on your mouse middle wheel to save it on ezdok.
  9. I have the same question.
  10. Is there a change log though? because I couldn't find one in the forums at Milviz. And although they did a great job with the liveries, I expected more for a 2 months update! & Thank you guys for the fantastic work on this bird.
  11. Did any body reviewed it yet? I'm thinking of buying it but I'm still having some doubts about the program.. Could use some advice from you guys! ^_^
  12. DSR is not supported on SLI.
  13. While there is no way to prove either of us right or wrong on that one, I'm almost sure that what I see in these pictures now is what I got while simming.. I see all of your points, and from what I've seen in FSX there is no-way to capture that exact picture you guys asking about.. So now we agreeing that DSR is nice?! but arguing about how I displayed the images? (because obviously there is no other way to do so) Funny thing that OP & ORBX post had posted pictures using DSR with no body patting and eye and now everybody going nuts about mines, sigh Anyway I gave up on this thread sooner than I wanted..
  14. As I said before, when both pictures are scaled down to my 1920 X 1080 it's displayed like that on my end.. So what ever difference you notice between the non-zoomed pictures is the real deal. I agree with you about your monitor, but you still (I think) have the option to DSR up to 4K 3840 X 2160!
  15. Well the idea from using DSR, is that the image render at higher resolution only to be then scaled at your native monitor resolution. In that case nobody can ever prove better quality due to scaling argument! So I'm sure that what ever you see in my non-zoomed pictures is the real deal, and that's what got displayed at my end..
  16. Pictures above -without the zoom ones, are all in native resolution of 1920x1080!
  17. I see your point, but for me they both looked sharper in DSR.. You can see the cockpit picture to see all the difference (without even looking at the zoom ones) The reason I zoomed in the screenshots, is to confirm that the image was actually sharper and not just POV effect from using a higher resolution. I don't know what are you trying to say! But judging from your previous comments, I could say that although you have an AMD card and never tried DSR or even had a chance to see it in real life.. And for some reason you still have better experience with this feature more than all of us?! <_<
  18. Here is my first attempt on FSX using DSR, the result are very good so far! Much sharper textures and reduced jagged edges all over the simulator. Attached is some pictures just to show the people who claim no benefit from using such great feature.. I'm still experimenting though, it's still under testing NOTE: All DSR off pictures are taken with the highest settings in NI + DX10 fixer set to 16x AA DSR OFF DSR ON DSR OFF +ZOOM DSR ON +ZOOM DSR OFF DSR ON DSR OFF +ZOOM DSR ON +ZOOM
  19. I tried to run in windowed mode but with no help, is it only at full screen mode?
  20. Any workaround to disable it Steve? it's so annoying that I had to roll back my drivers to avoid it!
  21. Can you post some pictures guys? One with and one without DSR, I'm still confused about this feature Thank you
  22. Can you post two pictures guys? One with and with out, because I'm still confused about this feature Thank you
  23. I'm on the same boat looking for a 980 since launch day. Demand is high and people buy them just to resell them with a profit! I guess it'll be weeks before we get our hands on one.. Check this site for stock http://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/nvidia/gtx980/
