January 14, 201313 yr Purchased X-Plane 10 for $29.99 plus $2.99 shipping and tax at Fry's. It is now at "back order" but still accepting orders. I have been wanting to give X plane a shot so couldn't turn it down at this price. http://www.frys.com/search?search_type=regular&sqxts=1&query_string=xplane&cat=0 Carl PC AMD Ryzen R7-5700G (8-Core) processor), AMD Radeon RX 6600 Graphics 8GB/ 2TB HD + 500GB SSD, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, Win11 _____________________________________________________________________________________
January 14, 201313 yr zoom in on the picture, it's the Regional Edition: North America and Hawaii only
January 14, 201313 yr Author These old eyes couldn't even see the close up. Thanks for the HU. Guess I need to go and cancel since mine is on back order. Didn't even know they made a regional. January 17, 201313 yr That's a shame, I would've tried it out too if it was the full version. Thanks, Kevin L
January 18, 201313 yr $80 for the base program is a bit much IMHO, $30 is very reasonable and I would definitely buy it at that price if it were the full version.
January 20, 201313 yr Rather dubious practice by Frys to advertise it as X-PLANE 10 - PC DVD-ROM when immediately below the Mac version is clearly advertised as X-PLANE 10: REGIONAL NORTH AMERICA - MAC DVD-ROM Gerry Howard
January 22, 201313 yr Well the upgrade is on sale at xplane.org for $29, so might be a cheaper path to full version buying this regional and adding the upgrade. John Skibo
January 22, 201313 yr Aerosoft had the full Xplane10 package plus the bundled Airports/Scenery addons for $59.99 US after New Year's, you missed it. :(
