I use Traffic 2004 myself and I love it. I haven't used the other two.

Each program has the option of generating specific types of traffic.I use MyTraffic to generate General Aviation, Military and Cargo flights, and Ultimate Traffic to generate Comercial flights.Plenty of activity.......frank

My personsal opinion only, I would have to say that Ultimate Traffic is really great. I haven't used the others, but I do have UT and I don't need another one.

I purchased MyTraffic in the first few days it was made available for FS8. I have never needed to purchase any further updates although it had 3 major updates for FS8, with the free transfer files I was able to move it to FS9 and MyTraffic2004 is now on version 2. It works beautifully, adds gobs of GA and military traffic, fills up even many of the smaller non-tower airports, has an editor that lets you fill even more. Their models are low poly count so they don't bring your computer to its knees when you fly over a busy international airport. Their customer service has always been top notch, very active forum and they respond to your questions quickly. Never needed anything more, one of the best add-ons you can install in my opinion.Zane

I use PAI for airline traffic and GA-Traffic for GA. I would use GA-Traffic for GA even if the traffic program (e.g. My Traffic) does generate GA. GA-Traffic is far more flexible and realistic for that kind of traffic.

I've tried UT and asked for my money back. MyTraffic 2004 hands down.

Man, great responses, but Im now seeing that the responses are even across the field. My choice was My Traffic, because of the cargo, military and GA. But, since their is the GA traffic generator (that I didnt know about) then I'd have to ask: Which of the three have the best looking add-on a/c with minimal impact on Frames?

I have both My Traffic2004 and UT2004. Both are excellent but I saw myself tipping toward UT2004 in the end and run this one now. You won't be sorry with either one. Since I am too much into bush flying and into GA some, I have found GA Traffic an outstanding product, and freeware at that.

We are lucky we have a choice, and competition keeps everyone updating their products. I like Ultimate Traffic. I also use it with the freeware GA-traffic, and am very happy with the combination.

Yes you can. They both make their own BGL file so you can have one for commercial and one for GA. Works great. Just wish there were more frame rate friendly GA-AI planes out there.

On Saturday afternoon I bought UT2004. Very nice so far! Now, can anyone point me in the direction of getting the airlines to park at their proper gate? I know that the official product website says they wont do it because of complexity and time, but I did read SOMEWHERE that there are some files avaiable for that. Thanks for yer help, all of ya , and thanks for telling me where I can find that article/file to have the a/c park at the right gates. Eric

Search for AFCAD in the library and pick the airports that you want to have a/c at their proper gates.:-)
