The best flightplanning tool for FS2004

FS Navigator is simply excellent. And, you have easy, no hassle exports to FS9, FS2002, PMDG 737 and PIC 767. By far the best add on I've ever purchased.

I bought FSBuild2 after reading the rave reviews here. Clearly it is a very cool package but most definitely designed for heavy iron. I don't even see profiles for corporate jets let alone GA aircraft and there isn't much help in the directions that I saw to do it myself. My favorite flight planner is Enflight.com.David

>As to whether which Map is better to me really depends on what>you plan to use the Map for.>One thing is for planning from and where to go. For example ifI would like to start a flight from Meigs. Which airports exists around? What NAVAID? Here a map showing these features is what Ineed to quickly and easely answer these questions. The builtin map feature in FS9 is very unpractical here.

Hello,>IMHO FSNav auto generates European routes better than FSBuild>and I prefer the FSNav interface. No flightplanning program is good in auto-generating flightplans. Even payware-products in the mulit-hundred dollar range have serious shortcomings in this field. IMHO the auto-generator is not a good criteria.>Still you can make your own choice, FSNav will allow you to>run it 20 times (I think) before you have to purchase and>there is a free earlier verson of FSBuild available although>with less functionality than the payware version.Yep. If you are addicted to a map FS Build 2 definitely is not the right thing for you, it
