Featured Replies

Just got FSX installed on Windows 8 and im finding DX9 to run smooth as silk.

Here are some test shots.

The plane is the RealAir Scout...clouds are REX textures, water is FSWC enhanced...weather provided by OPUS and St. Maarten is FlyTampa

Computer Specs: i5-4690K 3.5 GHz overclocked to 4.0GHz / MSI GTX 960 4GB Video Card / 16GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866MHz DDR3 System RAM / MSI Z97-G45 Motherboard / Crucial MX200 500GB mSATA SSD

Very interestng and good shots. I will have to check into that FSWC. Wasn't aware of it.

Very nice shots. Do you have to play in windowed mode on windows 8? Also how did you get the text in the bottom right saying your position.

Wow !! Two nice little utilities in one thread. The water textures look really good. Combine that with Opus and TNCM, and you have some really nice shots.
