February 5, 201313 yr I have reinstalled Windows 7. I then re-installed PMDG 737NGX. When I tried to activate it; I got a window telling me I have exceded my activations. I tried contacting PMDG on this issue and I found out they no longer except email. My question is how can I now activate my 737NGX? Les H lh

February 6, 201313 yr Author David, Thanks for the information and link. I did click on the link you provided. Signed in and created a ticket. PMDG sent me an avtivation code. I then copied that code into then activation window and received this message; "Invalid avtivation". I had tried to contact them through the email that they had sent and as of one and half days they have not responded. Is there another way I can contact them other than email? Any help would be appreciated. I tried to respond to yur email thanking you for your help and all I got was a spinning circle and the post would not save. I am in hopes this post will be saved. Thanks for your help Les H lh
February 6, 201313 yr Just respond to the same ticket you had created previously. You can reopen it in case it was closed. Matheus Mafra
February 19, 201313 yr Author PMDG Activation Problems I found out where to get a direct answere and that was from Aerosoft which gives the support for PMDG. I found that if I email [email protected] I can get my issue resolved a lot quicker. No tickets involved doing it this way by far. Les lh
February 20, 201313 yr Except all you do is make the Aerosoft support staff contact PMDG for you. I would not do this unless you bought the plane from Aerosoft. --Peter Fabian

Sorry Fabo, but you don`t have to go thru Aerosoft to contact PMDG. All you have to do is to go in this link http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx register and open a ticket. They will going to help you. I heard that you are allowed to have have only 2 activiation per purchase. best regards for all.

They can extend the limit as long as it's on the same machine. Jude BradleyBeech Baron: Uh, Tower, verify you want me to taxi in front of the 747?ATC: Yeah, it's OK. He's not hungry. February 23, 201313 yr Yes you can activate as many times as you want, I believe the activation exceeded is just for pmdg to ensure you are not distributing which I think is fair enough. Contact them through the support tickets and they will happily reset it for you as long as it the same ip or you have a reason for it to change such as moved house or changed broadband.
