Just picked this up. After spending some time checking out this scenery, I have to say that this is a must have! Very very well done and no impact on the frames (at least on my rig). Go get this one, and thanks to Latin VFR for making this available for FS9.

Got it myself yesterday, but seems to have a problem on my system. As soon as you're around 1000ft high I get a MASSIVE amount of blurries around the airport and surrounds, and refreshing the scenery doesn't solve it. I do have FSDT's KLAX nearby, and UT USA, but this is something strange. Sometimes if I look towards the harbour everything pops back into focus, a lot quicker than your usual blurries refresh. And this is in the std Cessna. I can fly out of Aerosoft's Schipol in the PMDG MD-11 no worries, so this is a strange one. Have to do some fault-finding tonight.

 

The airport itself looks awesome tho, that's twice LatinVFR have replaced a FlyTampa airport for me now (and no disrespect to FlyTampa, both their KSAN and KMIA are very old now). Looking through their support forum for a quick fix, I did notice that LatinVFR's continuing support for FS9 is not definite. :(

Now THAT's really wierd. I have exactly the SAME problem! I thought my system had somehow been corrupted around San Diego. It only affects the ground textures, not the buildings/trees, etc. My ground textures also pops "in and out" ....... very distracting. One second, sharp as can be, and the next, it's blurries to the lowest resolution.

Spent hours on it last night, removing a couple of files at at time til the problem went away. Got it to work by removing the SANstaticnavaidsFS9**.bgls, but this may have been a fluke, and we kinda need those navaids! Support time, I guess.

I will be buying this scenery today. Yesterday I flew one last time to Fly Tampa's San Diego scenery before I un install it (I flew from MMAA to KSAN).

 

At the time of it's release Fly Tampa's San Diego scenery was one of the best, but it is showing it's age conpared to the newer scenery releases. This LatinVFR scenery will a real nice update for the San Diego airport area.

I'm a bit disappointed in this add-on and it may need a patch. From my test runs with it the AI floats above the ground and the taxiways lines disappear below the concrete when landing at this airport. Don't know if others are seeing this. FlyTampa's version works without issue in the area. I have Megascenery SoCal installed. :(

Don't have any of those issues with this add-on. I have found it to be a very stable and solid performer on my rig. I do not, however have Megascenery SoCal installed.
