AOTD for 3/3/13 - Kapakaiki Falls

Featured Replies

Another waterfall hunt in Hawaii. This might be a good one for a multiplayer flight to test the new liveries.

Enjoy.

Thank you.

Just finished this one and saw your posting.

I took the new Aloha-2 Icon Livery by Luis out for a spin for this one.

Leaving the airport at Princeville:

Too much water nearby to worry with landing on a runway!

Well, I also used the cool Icon for this one, thanks Luis. The funny thing is I could not get stopped and run up and over the embankment. Sparks and dirt flew and I ground to a stop but it did not register as a crash. I was able to open the hatch and get out after shutting down the engine. So................... I did it again, put down gently in the dirt with the gear up and no crash! Could this have something to do with the repaint? Sorry about dinging your bird Luis, but it was fun.

It looks a lot like the Icon you guys are flying.

Back at Princeville with that spectacular mountain range in the background.
