DC2 and Multi Crew

Featured Replies

Hello chaps.

Here is a video of Multi Crew Experience and the Uiver Teams DC2.

The DC2 gets a fully qualified 1st officer (Jean Claude) to assist in a flight from Zurich to Innsbruck.

Although the DC2 is not an officially supported aircraft, I was able to add the complete list of DC2 checklists from the manual. (there are 10 checklists just to get to cruise)

Also did a Vox Script for the 1st officer to start up each engine and an emergency engine shutdown script.

I hope the video is enjoyed as much as I enjoyed making it. Its a long video, but intended for comparative study as well as entertainment. Its hard to believe you haven't got someone sitting in the right hand seat. I just need Jean Claude to realise there is no VLE on a DC2, DC2 pilots used to use the gear as speed brakes, since they are built like the Eiffel Tower.......We agreed to disagree in the end!......

Best Regards

David

Wow David, I knew MCE was versatile but this just blew me away.

Great work!

Very good video David.

I was particularly heartened to hear I am not the only pilot to suffer the impatience of Radar Contact and Jean Claude (or any of MCE's co-pilots.)
