Can be a good reason for them with never cards to uppgrade.

When a get the 670 the first driver , the sorround not work etc.

Swapped to a 680 no problem it was 2-3 months Old .

Have a Titan now , uppgrade one driver its not a bad to uppgrade to this.

The guys with older cards like 280 580 , for them its a another ball game.

Dont forget Nvidia have never Cards that can need driver uppgrade.

I'm using it on my 680...and all is running smooth as a top. No problems or glitches.

I tried a couple recent drivers on my 680 and they caused horrible sound stuttering.  Back to 310.90 with excellent results.

Did you update the HD sound driver as well?  That might have been your problem with them. I loaded all of the suite, but not anything 3D as I do not use that feature. I installed the PhysX, the HD Sound, and the Graphics driver. No problems with using the custom install mask to pick what I wanted.

I only have the driver installed itself on the 314.07, do i need to have the others installed like audio and all that? I only have USB headset, thats it, no speakers. I thought I only needed the driver and nothing else bare min.
