for future reference can someone tell me how to delete a post. I saw this post  whiten minutes but was not able to delete  it or edit it once it had been published.

Can't delete yourself, but you can "report" it to be deleted by a moderator. Fixed title

The tribute is heartily deserved though.   Bryan's attention to customer service is first rate, and many could learn from it.
