May 16, 201313 yr That would be quite a challenge, redoing every single tree in the whole wide world! actually, it isn't that hard, you use cut-and-paste (CTL-V) an awful lot, though R. May 18, 201313 yr I want to say a big thank you to all the freeware developers out there. On VATSIM I like to fly to different parts of the world and it's thanks to freeware developers that I can often not have to be stuck with basic FSX airports. The baser has already been mentioned and many of my aircraft use freeware liveries.
May 19, 201313 yr I was a hobbyist photographer. In the 70's I made that into a business. That ruined the joy of it for me. It took nearly 30 years for me to pick up the camera again. Let it be.. People are going to do what they do and for whatever reason they do it. Tom, so true! I have a friend that did the same thing. As soon as she turned her casual pro photography hobby into a business, she spent so much time "running the business" that she never got to pick up a camera. And then wait till you get that sinking feeling when 2000 punters start demanding support because this doesn't work with ORBX, that doesn't work with UTX, the PMDG causes OOMS.....etc etc. ^^^^^ This is the Number 1 reason why I don't ask for any money. I just don't have the time for support. I'll happily respond to the odd email tech query as freeware but I can let it go if I want - but the minute you take someone's money you are be obliged to provide after sales support. I'd go nuts.
