Confirmed for B744, MD11 and B737 both in VC and in 2D with both the (M)CDU and the ND.

AFAIK:

- CDU: yes.

- ND: no.

Hmm, I consider independent configuration of the ND's as meaning they are independent. This is possible in the 747x and NGX, was it not possible with 737 NG for FS9?

everything you say is right, but my question is one other.

the PMDG 777 has two (M) CDU and ND independent displays?

No worries.

What they mean is that every other product PMDG has developed in the past have independend CDUs and NDs, so, by analogy, why would it be different in the 777 or any other future product?

Exactly. I dont see them taking a remedial step with the 777.

Do you want to place a bet on whether the FMC and ND displays will be independent in the PMDG 777? My money says they will be independent.;)

It could just be retracted ...

Especially since they use a common "code base" for all their releases - the 777 coding will be based on the NGX coding (somewhat developed further).

I understand, Sebastien, you're waiting for PMDG staff to confirm ...

This product has more features than the NGX, not less.  That should answer these types of questions.  :P

Ryan, when can I have it?! )-":

Of course it will, PMDG will not follow the same path as a certain company that just recently released an A320 *cough cough*
