Dittos on Kai Tak.  It's always been my favorite scenery.  OMDB is my #2.

If you need some airports nearby, there's Muscat in Oman - OOMS which is about 35 mins away and has a reasonable payware scenery on Simmarket, served by Emirates from DXB usually by an A330 but they probably put the 777 in there now and again. There is a payware Doha, Qatar (OTBD) which is about the same flying time in the other direction but it doesn't look that good to be honest. There's also a half decent payware scenery of Riyadh airport - OERK - in Saudi Arabia, just over an hour's flying time from Dubai if you put your foot down. If you fancy evading surface to air missiles in your Simcheck A300 you can also pick up payware ORBI - Baghdad International in Iraq, which is about two hours away. About the same flying time is Karachi OPKC in Pakistan and add an hour to get to Mumbai in India, VABB, although I can't vouch for the two payware sceneries for those cities. Sadly at the moment there's fairly slim pickings for short haul stuff from Dubai but with the 777's smart time compression feature this shouldn't be too much of an issue soon.
