September 11, 201312 yr Hello, I do not have a pedal system insalled on my pc. and i don't have enough budget to purchase either. in my country, car game pedals are quite cheaper than flight sim hardwares. therefore i consider buying a cheap car game pedal for fsx and dcs rudder functions. can they handle? September 11, 201312 yr Car pedals don't have toe brakes, but: I've been using car pedals for a couple of years by now (they have a gameport plug which needs an inexpensive adapter for the USB port) - and they work flawlessly for me. What happened to AVSIM
September 11, 201312 yr I also have car pedals for rudder, but there is a compromise in this as you don't have brakes ! September 11, 201312 yr Author That is very cool news , thanks for your comments , I will get asap. By the way, I can easily sacrifice on toe brakes which is I already don't have one. Sent from my HTC Incredible S using Tapatalk 2 Cenk Demir Besiktas JK 1903
December 6, 201312 yr Author hi guys , i got a wheel set which is very cheap. the problem is, my pc is seeing pedals as x or y axis. these axis are used to steer aircraft as roll and pich. how can i assign them as rudder axis? Cenk Demir Besiktas JK 1903
December 10, 201312 yr I use glovepie+ppjoy to control 3 virtual axes using the G25's throttle and clutch axes. The 3 axes control rudder and toebrakes. The glovepie script sets the virtual exes depending on how much the two pedals are depressed. The rudder axis is the average of both pedals. Depress the right pedal or release the left pedal and the rudder moves right and vice versa. If both pedals are equally depressed the rudder is centered. The brakes are mapped directly to the pedal on the appropriate side but they only begin to engage when the pedals are depressed more than 50%.
December 10, 201312 yr Author thanks for the info. today i tired again and it worked suprisingly. but it doesn't feel as i am using plane pedals of course. i will be using them teprorarily till i get ch products pedals. Cenk Demir Besiktas JK 1903

Can you describe how to setup clutch/acc pedal as rudder (without brakes)? Thank you in advance!
