September 20, 201312 yr I notice that when I have a completely empty main deck cargo plane that there are still containers inside the plane. Should there be a empty plane? Just wondering... Jason Burns
September 20, 201312 yr You'll always see containers on the visual model even if the cargo deck is empty. ------------------------ Mattias Nordin ESOW
September 20, 201312 yr ohh ithink it would be a nice addition, like my PMDG J41 have... maybe there is room for that after the more important things are done, an additional cargo loader for the main cargo door would also a nice to have, but very low priority for me. JG
September 20, 201312 yr This is NOT the Captain Sim 777 ... The PMDG 777 is all about deep systems, fluid performance, acceptable frame rates and a very, very tight VAS limit. The kind of eye-candy you're talking about would cost you system depth and frame rates. What happened to AVSIM
September 20, 201312 yr hmm... that seams a possible reason not doing it, but if you have a model which isnt giving that feature, you could also add another which have that feature as an optional, easy selectable using the op center, i have plenty of VAS for that bit of little textures (or could they also use textures which are allready in use ?). Do you think they remove the cargo loaders from the 747 when they develope it further to the new standard ? (and yep you got me, this isnt the 747) JG

September 20, 201312 yr Kyle right, however, the PMDG MD11 shows containers according to configurator. September 20, 201312 yr Commercial Member Kyle right, however, the PMDG MD11 shows containers according to configurator. True. I thought it did as I was posting, but dismissed it because it (and the 744 if I recall) were simpler models. Kyle Rodgers
September 20, 201312 yr Just pretend that they are returning their empties  Cheers, Richard Intel Core i7-7700K @ 4.2 GHz, 16 GB memory, 1 TB SSD, GTX 1080 Ti, 28" 4K display Win10-64, P3Dv5, PMDG 748 & 777, Milviz KA350i, ASP3D, vPilot, Navigraph, PFPX, ChasePlane, Orbx
September 20, 201312 yr Right. September 20, 201312 yr Completely different issue. That has an issue on performance. Do you know whether PMDG have it their books? (Again, excessive perfectionism can go awry...) Study sim. ...not eye candy machine. ahem, this is not the vc model, the vc model is much more critical, you know that frames are much lower in that position, adding polygones or animations there is not realy recommended, vc seams optimal balanced allready. Edit: from my view and for this product, sim and immersion are equal important, but if i have the choice between cargo loaders or shared cockpit, what do you think i would prefer  JG
September 20, 201312 yr No idea. Worth a message to them if you've found that it's out of sorts. Well, switching between 0, 1, or 3 AUX tanks simply does not change the GW. Where/How could I drop a message to PMDG? Don't they scan the threads here in the forum?
