Mulally is now 68 years old. I somehow doubt that he would be interested in taking on the overhaul that is needed at MS.

Mulally foresaw the economic downturn that was coming and took out a $20B dollar loan prior to the economic collapse.  Ford didn't need a bailout simply because of that.

 

Are you saying Mulally wasn't trying to save the company and jobs?  What kind of assessment is that?

 

Investors will dump M$ if they pick Mulally?  Seems just about every investor news source disagrees with that statement, including M$ itself.  You seem rather opinionated about him even though you clearly don't know anything about Ford or Mulally.

Don't know about Mulally, but there seems to be some buzz about Terry Myerson taking over the OS and the idea this might be good for Windows 9.

Comsumers never know what they want its company job to show them what they want. Rather have Steve Jobs take over Microsoft than Ex CEO of Ford that will continue status quo. Microsoft needs to change or end up like GM or Dodge.
