November 24, 201312 yr Hey fellas, like many around here, I will be looking at replacing my trusty GTX580 with an upgrade to take advantage of P3Dv2. I'm looking at the GTX770 (3Gb?) Can anyone offer some opinions on this card? Thanks... November 24, 201312 yr I use the gtx 770 4gb, it rocks! I paid £340. Had it two months, if you can't afford 780, don't get anything else other than the 770!
November 24, 201312 yr I use the EVGA GTX770 2GB ACX Cooler and it's a beast! My FSX is better now! Is a very good card and I highly recommends you it! November 24, 201312 yr Only, you might want to wait a couple days and see whether there is a difference between a 2GB and a 4GB version ... It should be the case with P3D2, but we will know tomorrow.

November 24, 201312 yr You may also want to search the web. I've heard grumblings that nvidia will release the 800 series in q1 2014. If that's true, you could either go top of the line on the 800 series or realize savings on the 700 series. "I am the Master of the Fist!" -Akuma

I guess the release of the 800 series cards will be very soon as the price of the 700's has dropped. So it's a good time to take advantage of that price decrease, although I suspect the price will drop even further once the 800 series hits the market.
