On the other hand, occasionally this editor does some strange things, such as pre-selecting strike out mode all by itself... Once, it even selected Superscript mode! Fr. January 2, 201412 yr For some odd reason, whenever I select the "QUOTE" button to reply to a specific post... it never places the quoted post in my reply. In fact, the button doesn't really do anything at all any more. Is this because I'm using IE 11? Or... ?? It is because of IE11. The only way you can do this is to click on the BBCode Mode button in your response first, which will take you to non-HTML, do the quote and then you can hit the BBCode button again or continue with your response and post. Even in BBCode mode, your response will appear in HTML mode. Go back to IE10 or install another browser like Firefox. One day soon, AVSIM will be doing a upgrade but IE11 was just released. January 5, 201412 yr I want you all to know I learned that BBCode button thingy by accident. I'm not a geek.... Glad it is working though until AVSIM can find a fix. January 5, 201412 yr Commercial Member Well, IE10 seems to still be working. On the other hand, occasionally this editor does some strange things, such as pre-selecting strike out mode all by itself... Once, it even selected Superscript mode! I've imagined that has to do with the screen coordinates of your cursor when you click in the reply box, sorta like clicking the Strikethrough button but when it's not actually showing. Try clicking lower in the reply box when you activate it for a reply Bill and see if I'm right. Doesn't seem to be a problem with Firefox BTW.
