The QPAC A320 is under evaluation :-)

1) It is not the NEO, nor the A321, and has the IAE engines

2) It has the same quality FBW implementation, actually inherited by Peter's A321

3) It has popup FPD and ND and other panels!!!

4) It will receive upgrades along the "Year of the X-Plane!!!!" ( 2014 - The Year when all simmers will turn to X-Plane 10... )

I predict a riot! "No! P3D is the future!"

I think this will indeed be a great year for XP. More and more people are giving it a go, and then get hooked! (me)

I've never really given any attention to the QPAC Airbus. What is the freeware version like? Is the payware version much different? To me, in the screenshots they look identical.

I may well find out by myself, and if so, I'll report back here :-)

Regarding P3Dv2, yes It's the Year of P3Dv2 too, only on a different league: The 32 bit league  ( aka "The Exclamation League" for the "Oh Oh My..." OOM Adagio )

LOL! Good one! ;-)

I'm looking forward to the plus/premium model: http://www.qpac.de/index50bb.html?id=104〈=en

Thanks for pointing this out! I knew that there was a 3D cockpit in the works, but I had no idea that QPAC's development plans for the A320 were so extensive. I too will be interested to see how the Plus and Premium models pan out.

So far the Base model is very very satisfactory!

Oh! That looks rely good! I will definitely get that premium version. 70USD is nothing if it's as good as it seems to be. Too bad I have to wait a year before it's available, though.
