February 13, 201412 yr Moderator Ignore that message. It simply means that the installer isn't 'code signed'. Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator

February 13, 201412 yr Unable to open the .msp file. Tried using P3D setup but it is looking for a cab1 file. I know I'm being stupid but can someone please tell me why? Thanks I read that some guys have the problem that this msp extension is tied to the wrong program. This may help http://whatis.techtarget.com/fileformat/MSP-Windows-Installer-patch-file Spirit
February 13, 201412 yr Moderator How idiotic is it that Microsoft themselves use the same .msp extension for two of their own programs! Since MSPaint has been around for years, it seems to me that the 'patch installer' should have been written to use a different extension... :Silly: Fr.
