A2A 172 N4635K - VC Included - WIP

Featured Replies

My first repaint. Still tweaking details and trying to get the colors right. N4635K had beige instrument panel covers at one point, so I will be making an alternate version as well.

Criticism welcome. Nitpick it. I'd like to make this as close as possible to the actual plane. But in many places, I have to get creative since the A2A geometry is significantly more modern than the referenced real-world aircraft, especially in the cockpit.

N736HD is nearly identical to this aircraft, but the paint is faded, and the interior is worn and damaged. I plan to follow up with that plane later.

I will post more photos as I progress.

Holy cow that's awesome!  I'm really new at repainting trying to learn just did a basic one for the Realair Legacy...  Anyway your paint reminds me of a c172N I flew with a coworker last year....  similar shockingly red interior hehe...  I wonder if I could request it from you - I've got tons of pics.  The who line thing really confuses me on photoshop but I am trying....

(ugh for some reason cannot attach pics)

Glad you like it, but I need to finish this one first! I still have a ton of work to do. I certainly DO want to make the version you posted, so please stay in touch. That style of interior is on my short list  :Peace:

Very close. I'm a new dad, so my hobby time has been limited the past few weeks. I have been making progress.

Did this ever get released?

Congratulations indeed!

... and no kidding:

Me too - it is about ten weeks or so by now ... which means that my flying time became very limited.

But that's something fully alright as i am a real "happy dad" so to speak.

Anyways:

There are these precious moments when the child is asleep and my wonderful girlfriend also wants to finish some of the stuff which she often does not have the time to nowadays - and that's the time then to turn on the sim and go flying!

And that is why i also want to repeat Ryan's question from just above:

Did this ever get released?

... and:

If it was already released - where can it be found?

In aynways though:

Congratulations again for being a father!

Aand when Your time and mood allow it, please feel free to let us know if this fantastic work from Yours as it is shown above here is available.

Thank You very much in advance!

Enjoy flying and happy landings.
