  1. Well the 4.1 update makes sense for me now. Thanks!
  2. I let my career in Air Hauler 2 direct my activities. If I didn't, I'd be doing the same thing you do.
  3. Look forward finally getting this reinstalled tonight. The last piece of the v4 puzzle for me.
  4. Point taken and I admit I did not know this aircraft included all of those features. I regrettably made assumptions without doing the proper research. While I stand by my feelings about A2A - I think you just sold me on the Warrior.
  5. I am sure it flies great, and looks fine, based on the reviews I've seen... But let's get real here, installing Accufeel does not give an aircraft "all of that A2A stuff." Not even remotely close. Accufeel is simulated head movement and some additional audio fx. Accusim is an external flight model developed for a specific aircraft. It includes a maintenance hangar, persistent damage and wear over the lifetime of the aircraft, random failures, true audio captured for every switch and knob, and a deep integration between all of the aircraft systems. If you don't fly it proper, you will fail. A small detail, for instance, is that your spark plugs will foul if your mixture isn't set right at idle. One of countless things to consider when flying an A2A aircraft. I'm not taking away from what Just Flight is offering here. Visually it's on par with A2A. Not quite as polished as Carenado stuff, in my opinion. But in no way, is it comparable to the overall quality and craftsmanship of an A2A aircraft. It's does not offer the depth of immersion.
  6. It doesn't have Accusim, so no, not comparable in my opinion. Do you own the A2A Cherokee and Comanche already?
  7. https://hifisimtech.com/asp4/ This is tried and trusted, and will be compatible with any 3rd party cloud texture replacement, if you choose to go that direction.
  8. Hmm, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I thought my VC looked a little "soft"
  9. I own (almost) every single A2A aircraft and fly their GA offerings almost exclusively - I did not get the Strato or the Connie. I've never purchased a commercial airliner. That said, I will be getting the 6. Looking forward to my first experience with a plane this size.
  10. There is a practical solution. Unfortunately I don't know what that is, based on the information. Good luck.
  11. I don't think a delay in a new product release warrants questioning the company's overall integrity. Furthermore, speculating that a project has been aborted when the well-established company has made no such announcement, is just noise. I can't respond to that without being offensive, because what you are suggesting is absolutely offensive.
  12. I uninstalled V3 and all addons, wiped my sim SSD and started fresh. Wasn't too painful because compatible addons were just trickling in. Never felt daunting to get flying again. Also choose to keep it simple this time around. A few A2A planes, some choice scenery in Socal, ASP4, Chaseplane, and REX Soft Cliuds when they deliver next week. Easy.
  13. Answer is above my pay grade. For me it would be a bye-bye until somebody figures it out. And I'd still hesitate to install. Trying to keep it clean in V4. Good luck!
  14. All good. Sure it will be worth the wait. I used FSEconomy for long time, then Air Hauler 1, and now Air Hauler 2 for P3Dv4. I would however love to see REX's take on this type of app. Kind of like an MMORPG for flight simmers. Not sure if that's what you are going for, but it may be an decent comparison. And since I know you are listening, I will tell you the one single thing I LOVED about FSEconomy that is missing in AirHauler2 - persistent aircraft that live in the world that can be bought/sold/traded and passed between members of the community. All of my planes are persistent in MY AH2 world, but those planes don't exist in everyone else's world. Lacks connection. AH2 is VERY good though, and I assume someone on your team has eyeballs on it. Anyway, good luck with development. I will be first in line for SimAir when it releases.
  15. I think I submitted my email for the Saitek Contest on the SimAir website 5, maybe 6, years ago.
  16. Nice! Would like TD update, but Soft Clouds is good enough for me right now. Then all my must-have addons will be back in my sim. And after looking at that list, I'm glad I own TD and SC individually, not the combo.
  17. Thanks for finding that. Good start. The basic functionality is there, just needs to look pretty.
  18. I will always keep the 2 cropdusters in the hangar.
  19. Yes Alabeo has been cooking fast. 20. Living on the edge! I vowed to wait for proper installers this time around. Playing it safe.
