At first I was thinking Latter Day Saints lol...

Does it do justice to this beloved but dated addon?

Great find Julian ...

I find myself passionately back into airliners this week, and was thinking about re-installing the LDS.  It may certainly be worth it with these improved textures.

Screenies look good. Haven't installed the LDS 767 in FSX for years, but will do now and see how things look with these new textures installed.

It will not help improving the fully flat overhead, but it might be enough of an improvement to make me fly here some times again...

ADMIN BOT... Do not PM or send Email.

And the bot strikes again... *sigh* - I bet hardly anyone ever comes to this subforum...

Seriously people come to the FSX FORUM to get their news of new addons or additions to old ones.

Can we please STOP moving threads the instant they appear?  Let them last for at least a week before you, the lovely admin bot, moves everything!!! GRRRR

RAGE aside here's my take on the 767 update...  I'm getting text on the gauge bezels but other than that it looks pretty good.

I can't for the life of me input ZFW, or any of the weights just get invalid entry... meaning I can't get TO data, meaning I can't use VNAV....  any clues?  The support forum didn't really turn up any suggestions.

I agree, I would have never found this if it wasn't for being posted in the FSX forum, I dont understand why AVSIM whats sub-forums for every little thing.

Looks much better Dave. Still has great systems though. Fly's like a dream. I find that since most 767's now have tattered cockpits, it now gives the feeling of flying in an old work horse.

Ryan, that normally happens if you try to input incorrect weight config, like Ilbs instead of KG's vice versa. If you are inputting Ilbs, check it is not set for KG's in the 767 config manager.

I tried a lot of values and made sure it was in lbs - no joy.

Either way, even with the texture update, which is nice - this addon still is REALLY dated... and I'll probably never fly it again lol...

One of these days I'll upgrade to that big T7.  90 bucks though!?!  Ugh

Looks great but I'm past the 767 now.

I don't miss that magenta line dancing around as it tried to decide which way to take me to the next waypoint.

Great on FPS though. Old tech on new tech.

Bring on the 757....oh wait

Ryan, I say this knowing that you're an officianado and addict of FS, just like me;

It's one of the best 90 bucks I've spent.

I don't fly it constantly; it is simulated so well that the high level of automation can make you get bored if you fly this aircraft every day IMHO, but flying the T7 perhaps one in every 8 flights, amongst the nice GA out there, and the Coolsky DC-9, and Airbus X Extended, MJC Q400, NGX, etc, makes it really stand out.
