Give it a day or two and if no success then send it to doug. Have you checked your spam folder?

 

If you did not reformat your disk or move RC to another place your old registration key should work. If your e-mail address or user name has not changed the auto registration should work.

 

Either way you should have received a reply.

I'm afraid I'm another case where the auto- reg system doesn't seem to be working.

 

Due to my slow download speed here in the UK, I ordered a disk last week and it arrived a couple of days ago from Germany.

 

I installed the software without a problem but now I'm stuck waiting for a key.

Well, it's been 10 days since I installed RC4 but, without a key, it's useless!

 

Very disappointed that I've been left high and dry like this.

 

Fortunately I purchased the product through PayPal with my credit card, so hopefully I can get a refund.

 

Does anyone know if I have to return the disk to US or Germany, please?

Are you saying you haven't had a reply from [email protected]? Check your spam folder. He won't ignore these messages.
