Hello Folks,

 

I'm a bit confused having an issue with a flightplan upload into 777 FMC.

 

I created this plan with PFPX and placed it into the specific Folders.

When trying to upload it into FMC I got an error message (Invalid entry) and

FSX message in the green banner that Destination Airport is not existing.

 

First of all I thought it was an issue with PFPX Flightplan and maybe with the new

AIRAC cycle I installed this morning. I created some other Plans and they worked

fine.

 

I have no idea why the FMC don't accept this particular FP.

 

Any ideas??

Some additional Information.

 

I meanwhile created a flight from another Origin to OMDB and it works fine.

A flight from EHAM to KJFK does not work in the same manner as the flight

described but the Error message still says Destination Airport not found

whats the route you are trying to put in??

 

its not Joburg in South Africa is it ?? 

The problem is the elevation of EHAM in your flightplan. EHAM has a negative elevation like -11.

 

You can fix this to open your flightplan with notepad and remove -11.

 

This issue is fixed with sp1.

Initial Route was EHAM OMDB and EHAM KJFK.

 

Joburg wasn't touched.

I try to change the elevation in PFPX manually and see what happen.

Change of Elevation in the flightplan works fine.

 

Now FMC load the FP.

i got this error at EHRD aswel.

EHRD also has a negative elevation.

ah yes i hope they fix this also for EHRD

I am pretty sure they will fix it for all places with negative elevation.

Already on the list of fixed issues.
