May 17, 201412 yr Author Ok then. Check in FSX root that you have a file called log.log, report back. Also, if you had any previous SFX installed, remove it, including the folder SweetFX, then re-install.

May 18, 201412 yr Hi, sorry, but I've to tell you that SweetFX is still not working properly. My system Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit 1st attempt: eFX splash screen came up, P3D v2.2.1 started, flight loaded but then black screen and P3D v2.2.1 abortion 2nd attempt: eFX splash screen and then nothing more. P3D v2.2.1 didn't start Maybe you're interested to know Thanks Spirit
