No problem - read the forum rules and guidelines, if you follow them I promise you that people on here will be much more helpful. Language barriers can confuse some people. Also remember that being an aviation forum, in general people on here tend to be a fair bit more intelligent and articulate than general hobby forums, and hence can sometimes take what appears to be "trollish" behaviour to task immediately. I apologise if I offended you.

Both of us, probably. Its always a point of view, what I view as efficient communication, someone else often takes as rudeness. I have had to work on it over the years. A client last week said "can you dispense with your usual brevity in this case and explain further." - Not sure if that was a compliment or thinly veiled insult.
