3. Where do you live?
- North America
- South America
- Europe
- Africa
- Asia
- Australia

Australasia is a good term. This can mean Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and other Not-Australia parts of the south pacific. (Calling a New Zealander an Australian tends to cause offence on the Rugby field).

4. You have been simming since:
- Flight Simulator for Windows 95 or before
- Flight Simulator 98
- Flight Simulator 2000
- Flight Simulator 2002
- Flight Simulator 2004
- Flight Simulator X

Multiple choice - what simulator have you used before? ... FS98 may be an era, but you could concievably still use FS98 today. (not for PMDG 777 obviously).

Personally I have used FS95, FS98 - never purchased used or even looked at FS2000. but have used FS2002/2004/X

If you are looking for a length of time, then obviously years (like the next question) is better.

5. How long have you been flying liners in Microsoft Flight Simulator ?
- Less than 1 year
- [1-2] years
- [3-5] years
- More than 5 years

Airliners is a better term than "liners"

Another interesting statistic may be who also flies GA aircraft in FSX.

Also, flying a POSKY 767 in FS2002 is different to LDS 767 etc, but both are Airliners... heck even the Default FS98 737-400 is an Airliner to some.
Perhaps "Using detailed airliners with a usable FMC" is a better discription.

6. How often do you fly the 777?
- Once a month
- Once a week
- Several times a week

Like Age, this should be a sliding scale. I tend to fly the 777 once every 2 to 3 weeks, more than once a month. Less than once a week. (I fly the 737 average once or twice a week, DH8D several times in one week, and then a week or 2 without any DH8D ops, and General Aviation stuff like the A2A C172/P28A usually once a week, sometimes more).

7. How long is your average flight with the 777?
- [1-2] hours
- [3-4] hours
- [5-8] hours
- More than 8 hours

8. Most of the time, your 777 flights are:
- Within North America
- Within South America
- Within in Europe
- Within Africa
- Within Asia
- Within Australia
- Transcontinental

Intercontinental.
Also Australasia... because a (~4 hour) flight from Auckland NZ to Melbourne Australia isn't really intercontinental (New Zealand is some islands, not a continent) and not Within Australia either (it's Oceanic Procedural airspace outside radar coverage for over 2 hours of the flight).

9. What software do you use to plan your 777 flight?
- Default FSX planner
- PFPX
- FlightSim Commander
- Fsbuild
- Other software

Add None? (Some people use the likes of FlightAware for the route and timing, and maths/The FMC itself for the fuel loading... before PFPX was released I used to do this myself.)
another option - The inbuilt FMC for Fuel planning and an online service for routing?

10. Do you use online services to plan your 777 flights?
... please help me to identify the most popular services...

FlightAware
VatAware
SkyVector
SimBrief

12. For pushback, jetways, ground services... you use:
- The built-in features of FSX and of the PMDG 777
- Airport Enhancement Services (AES)
- GSX Ground Services for FSX
- Other software

Yes - (one only)
